Background:
Anne was a member of CUPE 1870. She worked in a variety of areas across the UPEI campus including the Education Department, the School of Nursing, and the Dean's Office at the Faculty of Science until her health began to decline. Anne passed away on May 4, 2004. In her memory, CUPE Local 1870 has established this award for a UPEI student through an annual donation.
