Awarded to students registered in full-time undergraduate studies at UPEI who place first in the senior division in their category of the CPF PEI Provincial Concours Awards, as confirmed by CPF PEI. Funding is for the academic year following the student's high school graduation date.

Background:
The University of Prince Edward Island has annually supported high school students who participate, and take first place, in each of the five divisions of the Provincial Concours Awards, organized annually by the Canadian Parents for French PEI.
