Allan Curran Engineering Award
Faculty of Sustainable Design Engineering
Criteria:
Awarded to a student entering third year of the Sustainable Design Engineering degree program. The student will have completed their first two years in engineering at UPEI and will have taken at least one philosophy course. Preference will be given to the student in the greatest financial need.

Background:
Allan Curran is a proud alumnus of Saint Dunstan's University, Class of '62. He graduated with a degree in Business, and returned to his family's business in New York, Royal Products. In 1974, Allan married Judith, a school teacher, and they reside in Long Island. They love to travel and spend time with their grandchildren. In recognition of his wonderful years at Saint Dunstan's University, Allan has established this award to support a student entering the third year of the new UPEI Sustainable Design Engineering Degree program.
