Background:
Eddie and Mary Louise (Babe) Brown started their transport business after World War 11. As the post war economic boom started to ripple throughout the world, this small entrepreneurial couple began to see their business grow due to hard work and determination. The business grew from being a transport company, to a boom truck service, to specializing in explosives, and to pre-casting concrete bridges. In this same period, they raised nine children, three of whom remain involved in the business. Eddie and Babe always believed in the importance of hard work, that community is vital, and combined we're all stronger for it.
