This award will be granted to a student entering the Atlantic Veterinary College at UPEI who is normally a resident in Nova Scotia and who graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture at Dalhousie University in Truro, NS. In the case of two equally qualifying candidates, preference will be given to the student with the greatest financial need.
